Twice a year, C.A.R.’s forms committee authorizes the release of new and revised forms. 

There are more than 40 forms that are part of this scheduled release and this class will focus on the most consequential changes that are most likely to affect your real estate practice, including the RPA, BRBC, RLA, SPQ, Counter Offer, and new forms impacting those properties with septic systems, well systems or propane tanks. 

This class will also address some changes to landlord-tenant and property management forms. Be sure to show up on time and get your money’s worth.
