This targeted three-hour course is designed for real estate agents who are looking to expand their professional capabilities in real estate investment. The course also delves into practical aspects of real estate investment such as analyzing property expenses, weighing the pros and cons of property management, and exploring various financing strategies. By the end, agents will be able to apply these skills to identify profitable investments, manage investment risks, and optimize their investment portfolio over time.
