A responsible homeowner does their best to try and learn everything they need to about their home, from building codes to other construction requirements (especially if they plan on making any major changes). They will likely rely on the agent to provide a resource to helpful information. Take this class to learn what the agent needs to know when it comes to these questions, home inspections and repairs, and more!
